THE WINE

The goal was to create a rose with bright natural acidity, but showing varietal flavours and a bright natural colour. The result is our Sfera rose. A blend of 2 varieties, Dolcetto (a soft Italian variety) and Syrah (aka Shiraz, dark and broody).

Our rose has lifted aromas of strawberry and pomegranate supported by hints of watermelon and cranberries on the palate, a delicate touch of tannin on the finish allows the flavours to linger on a dry crisp finish.

Perfect with Oysters or Salt and Pepper Squid.
