THE WINE

The idea for the Sfera 'Rosso' red blend, as all good ideas, was encouraged by Baccus himself. The notion, to capture a moment in the vineyard that best represents our special site, and that moment in a vintage where the flavours across multiple varieties cause the viticulturalists and the winemakers to smile in tandem.

A 'co-ferment' and 'field blend' of Dolcetto, Shiraz, Lagrein and Tempranillo; all harvested on the same night and processed together in the winery. The result is a soft and approachable wine like no other. With great complexity and above all, great enjoyability!
