AOP Côtes du Rhône

Terroir : Shalky clay soil with pebbles. Training vines in “Cordon of Royat”.


Varieties : Grenache 100%


Vinification : Vinification in a small tank thermo regulated. Maturing on the lees during 3 months.


Tasting notes: Light rosé color with purple and salmon reflections. Notes of violet, small wild strawberries and a hint of vine peach. The mouth is lively and fruity.


Food pairing: Ideal with salads, peppers, marinated courgettes and eggplant. Also a nice surprise with a soup of strawberries or peaches.
