Grape: Sangiovese 40%-Cabernet Sauvignon

30%- Merlot 30%

Cultivation system: Spurred cordon and Guyot

Harvest: manual harvest during the second half of September

Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration on the skins for 16 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.

Organoleptic description: beautiful ruby red color, at the nose ripen red fruit and sweet spices, complex and velvet-like on the palate.

Ideal to be matched with red meat like pork ribs and seasoned cheese.
