This rare wine has been matured in old oak barrels for a minimum of fifteen years before blending and bottling.

VINIFICATION

McLaren Vale Chardonnay was harvested towards the end of vintage allowing the fruit to fully ripen. Following partial fermentation and fortification, the wine was matured in old oak puncheons for a minimum of fifteen years before bottling

TASTING COMMENTS

This wine is luscious and mouth-filling. Aromas and flavours reminiscent of the Chardonnay grape are combined with concentration and complexity gained from the barrel maturation. Drink now.
