Harvest: manual harvest during the first weeks of September Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and long contact with the skins for 10 months.

Ageing in bottle for at least 2 months.

Organoleptic description: intense yellow straw color, with beautiful exotic fruits at the nose, fresh and complex on the palate. Ideal to be served with row fish, fish finger food and white meat.
