The K1 Sauvignon Blanc vines are the oldest in the Adelaide Hills and are planted in a sandy loam area of the K1 by Geoff Hardy vineyard, a consistent hero of our vineyard.

Vintage: The 2023 vintage was very cool and very even in temperature, so we were able to harvest each variety in its perfect window of premium ripeness for the intended wine styles. This was the third cool year in a row and the fruit flavours across the board were exceptional.

Nose: This Sauvignon Blanc offers a nose filled with delicate scents of white flower, elderflower, Granny Smith apple, and lemon balm.

Palate: On the palate, it presents a dry and crisp finish, with refreshing notes of lemon pith, crunchy apple, and a bright and fresh character.

Pairing: Crisp and dry, this wine is an ideal partner to seafood and less spicy Asian dishes. Try with freshly shucked oysters.
