Galle is one of the five Rings of Neptune. Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barossa is a rich and robust with sophistication and excellent cellaring potential.


WINEMAKERS NOTES:

Colour - Dark brick red with magenta hue.

Aroma - Complex ripe cherry and plum aromas on the nose.

Palate - Rich black cherry and plum with liquorice and a hint of mint on thepalate with length and finesse.

Matured in French oak hogsheads (30% new) for24 months.

Sealed with QORK.

Cellar - At its best: now to 2038.
